Returns

• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

2. We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

• Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund promptly.
